    All About the Money Trailer

“He told me we were going on vacation. I didn’t know we was gunna be doing Rambo s&*t.” Ugh, this looks so bad. Gravitas Ventures has debuted the official trailer for a crime comedy titled All About the Money, featuring an eclectic cast of actors. The wacky plot involves two “down on their luck” friends who are convinced by another friend to go on a vacation. Only after landing in Colombia do they realize that they are there to attempt to capture America’s most wanted criminal – with no military training. The film stars Eddie Griffin, Blake Freeman, Casper Van Dien, Jon Gries, Mindy Robinson, Lin Shaye, as well as Danny Trejo. This looks like another movie right out of the 90s – totally ridiculous plot, ridiculous characters, lots of guns, absurd action. What more could you ask for? Oh right, some genuine humor maybe. ›››

  • First Trailer for Sci-Fi '2:22' Starring Michiel Huisman & Teresa Palmer

First Trailer for Sci-Fi '2:22' Starring Michiel Huisman & Teresa Palmer

    2:22 Movie Trailer

“Things are happening to me that cannot possibly be explained.” Magnet has debuted the first trailer for a sci-fi thriller titled 2:22, about mysterious set of events that keep happening to one man at 2:22 every day. Michiel Huisman stars as an air traffic controller from New York who loses his job after he experiences a weird flash of light causing him to blank out at 2:22. He begins to experience more and more weird events at the same time after he meets a woman, played by Teresa Palmer. This seems like a unique idea for a film, but now I want to know what the heck is going on. Is it the stars? Is it this guy? Is it something else? The full cast includes Sam Reid, Maeve Dermody, Remy Hii, and Simone Kessell. This looks pretty cool, it’s worth checking out even though I’ve never heard of this before today. It might be good? Take a look below. ›››

Must Watch: Third Trailer for Christopher Nolan's WWII Film 'Dunkirk'

    Dunkirk Trailer

“The call went out. We have to go to Dunkirk. Ready on the stern line.” Warner Bros has revealed the third official trailer for Christopher Nolan’s WWII action thriller Dunkirk, about the Dunkirk evacuation in 1940 at the beginning of WWII. This is the longest, most impressive trailer for this film yet. Starring Mark Rylance, Tom Hardy, Cillian Murphy, Kenneth Branagh, James D’Arcy, Harry Styles, Aneurin Barnard, Jack Lowden, and Adam Long. When Allied soldiers from Belgium, Britain and France were surrounded by the German army during a fierce battle in France at the start of WWII, they had to evacuate by boat across the English channel. This is an intense, thrilling trailer and finally packs in a whole bunch of outstanding footage from Nolan’s WWII film. The way this builds makes my heart race. Can’t wait to see it! ›››

  • Sam Worthington Stars as a Hitman in Trailer for 'The Hunter's Prayer'

Sam Worthington Stars as a Hitman in Trailer for 'The Hunter's Prayer'

    The Hunter's Prayer Trailer

“There are people out there… they’re hunting you.” An official trailer has arrived for an action thriller film titled The Hunter’s Prayer, or just Hunter’s Prayer for short, about a skilled assassin who becomes a protector instead. The film stars Sam Worthington as an assassin who has always lived a life of his own, without any attachments. When he’s hired to kill a young woman, at the last minute he chooses to watch over her instead, and then joins with her to get revenge on the people responsible for brutally murdering her family. The cast includes Odeya Rush, Martin Compston, Amy Landecker, Veronica Echegui, and Allen Leech. Not surprisingly, this looks blatantly mediocre, with plenty of assassin action but nothing we haven’t seen many times before. I’m sure this will be forgotten quickly, but maybe a few of you will catch it. ›››

  • Nicolas Cage and Gina Gershon in Family Drama 'Inconceivable' Trailer

Nicolas Cage and Gina Gershon in Family Drama 'Inconceivable' Trailer

    Inconceivable Trailer

“The last thing I want is for her to question either one of us.” Lionsgate Premiere has debuted an official trailer for a film titled Inconceivable, the latest paycheck feature for Nicolas Cage. This miserable-looking family drama is about a small family with one child who invites a mysterious, beautiful single mom to be their nanny. She joins their family and begins a new relationship with them, but it doesn’t take long for them to discover she is actually trying to destroy their family from within. Nicolas Cage stars, along with Gina Gershon, Nicky Whelan, Faye Dunaway, Natalie Eva Marie, and James Van Patten. This looks as terrible as it sounds, without any redeeming qualities. Plus it just feels like an even-worse knock off of Unforgettable. Please stop making these kind of movies. We really don’t need any more wasting screens. ›››

  • Badass New Trailer for 'Terminator 2: Judgment Day' in 3D Re-Release

Badass New Trailer for 'Terminator 2: Judgment Day' in 3D Re-Release

    Terminator 2: Judgment Day

“The survivors of the nuclear fire called the war Judgment Day.” He’s back! Distrib Films US has unveiled a brand new trailer for the upcoming re-release of James Cameron’s Terminator 2: Judgment Day in 3D. Yes, we’ve been reporting since last year that T2 was going to be released in 3D later this year. The 3D upgrade was overseen by Cameron as well as DMG Entertainment and StudioCanal, so rest assured it will be top quality. This trailer packs in some of the best lines and the coolest moments, and I’m sure it looks much better in 3D, but it’s only in 2D online for now. This sci-fi action classic stars Arnold Schwarzenegger, Linda Hamilton, Edward Furlong, Robert Patrick, Earl Boen, and Joe Morton. Fire it up below. ›››

  • First US Teaser Trailer for Hazanavicius' Godard Feature 'Redoubtable'

First US Teaser Trailer for Hazanavicius' Godard Feature 'Redoubtable'

    Redoubtable Trailer

“Who cares about Cannes?” Oh this is fun. Indiewire recently debuted the first US teaser trailer for the film Redoubtable, the latest feature from prominent French filmmaker Michel Hazanavicius (of The Artist, The Search). The film tells the story of the 1960s love affair between iconic filmmaker Jean-Luc Godard and 17-year-old actress Anne Wiazemsky. It takes place during the making of and release of Godard’s film La Chinoise, from 1967 to 1968. Featuring Louis Garrel as Godard and Stacy Martin (from Lars von Trier’s Nymphomaniac) as Wiazemsky. Also featuring Bérénice Bejo and Grégory Gadebois. This is a hilarious trailer mocking Cannes, because Redoubtable is playing at the Cannes Film Festival this year. It gave me a good laugh. We posted another teaser a month ago. Stay tuned for more news after it premieres this month. ›››

  • Official Trailer for Documentary on Acting Icon 'Becoming Cary Grant'

Official Trailer for Documentary on Acting Icon 'Becoming Cary Grant'

    Becoming Cary Grant Trailer

“Cary invented himself, and of course it worked superbly on screen.” Showtime has unveiled a trailer for a documentary about acting icon Cary Grant, titled simply Becoming Cary Grant. This doc follows in the footsteps of other fantastic recent documentaries about actors, like Listen to Me Marlon, which also uses audio recordings. Becoming Cary Grant seems to be more about who Cary was in real life, as a real person, not so much his performances or career as an actor. There’s an interesting passage in this trailer about using LSD and how it helped (maybe?) him with his own demons. Grant earned two Oscar nominations, but never won before he died in 1986. This looks like a must watch doc for any fans of Grant and his work. See below. ›››
