Persona 5 Royal is already available in Japan, but an announcement for Western territories will be made on 3rd December at 9AM PT. This just so happens to coincide with the 25th Anniversary of PlayStation, prompting fresh speculation that a new State of Play could debut before Christmas. Seeing as a countdown has been added to the popular role-playing game’s website, we think it’s unlikely this particular announcement is connected to Sony’s livestream series.
In reality, publisher Atlus has already confirmed that The Phantom Thieves will return this coming spring in Europe and North America, so expect to mark yet another date in your already-hectic 2020 calendar.
Update: Adding further fuel to the fire, VGC has reported that it’s been told by a “number of sources” that a Resident Evil 3: Nemesis remake is in production and is scheduled for release next year.
Original Article: A remake of Resident Evil 3: Nemesis has been rumoured since the successful release of Resident Evil 2 earlier this year, but it looks like an announcement could be imminent. Spawn Wave – who’s been credited with leaking multiple titles, including Elden Ring – claims that a revival of the PSone survival horror is in-development at Capcom, and is targeting a release next year.
We’re glad to finally announce that Tamarin is coming soon to Xbox One
Tamarin embarks on an exciting journey and is thrown into an intense fight for survival to bring back his family
Tamarin aims to rekindle the joy and excitement of classic 3D adventures that many people fondly remember
Introducing Tamarin, a new third-person action-adventure that mixes two styles of play. This cute monkey seems harmless, jumping around beautiful Nordic environments, swimming in the fjords, climbing mountains, catching birds. But things go wrong very quickly; The tamarins’ idyllic forest burnt down, his family taken away, and his house destroyed!
A World of Surprise
This is when you’ll discover the dual nature of Tamarin; beautiful 3D landscapes such as fjords, mountains, and forests, full of adventure and exploration – contrasted with claustrophobic underground tunnels and industrial factories guarded by an intelligent and powerful insect species. Never content, working in groups and with weapons and tools to do whatever they want. They expand and consume, driving other animals out from where they live. Tamarin embarks on an exciting journey and is thrown into an intense fight for survival to bring back his family!
Classic 3D Gameplay
Tamarin aims to rekindle the joy and excitement of classic 3D adventures that many people fondly remember, and which some of our team were part of creating in the past. Tamarin pays tribute to the style and variety of games developed by Rare in the previous decades, from action-filled shooters to 3D platformers with charming animals (you can try some of them in the Rare Replay collection).
Leap Into Nature
The natural world is amazing! So many colors and phenomena. This planet has so many astonishing living things that you didn’t even imagine existed. One such species that might have escaped your attention are these adorable small animals called tamarins. Their cool movements are fascinating to watch. Through many years of developing this new 3D explorative adventure, we’ve been aiming to bring this feeling of leaping quickly through the air straight to your fingertips. We’re glad to finally announce that Tamarin is coming soon to Xbox One!

Sony’s already combated Google Stadia by significantly dropping the price of PlayStation Now and adding tentpole titles like God of War and Grand Theft Auto V, but the platform holder’s also eager to point out that you can play PlayStation 4 around the house using Remote Play.
The manufacturer recently upgraded this feature, of course, adding support for the DualShock 4 in both Android and iOS. Expect the organisation to continue its efforts in this area well into the PlayStation 5 generation and beyond, as it attempts to make its console more convenient to use.
Role-playing games cast a wide umbrella over the video game industry — making for a genre that contains some of the very best titles of all time. No matter whether it comes from the east or the west, every experience brings with it something to call its own. The PlayStation 4 has seen some of the greatest RPGs over the past couple of years, including the likes of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and Persona 5, but what’s next? What can we look forward to when it comes to creating a character and setting off into an entirely new world in the future? These are the best upcoming PS4 RPGs.
Sony released another cool TV advert just over two weeks ago, but upon closer inspection, the PlayStation community reckons the hardware manufacturer has buried a tease for a new Crash Bandicoot game within the 60 seconds of footage. We’re not entirely convinced, but the video above is timed to show you the supposed hint in question.
Did you catch it? At exactly 11 seconds in, you’ll get a glimpse of Crash racing about a car park. He is joined by an Aku Aku mask, and another which accompanies Coco Bandicoot that has never been seen in any Crash game past or present.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare’s next update has arrived, bringing with it a variety of changes and fixes you’ve come to expect. Patch 1.09 focuses on the likes of Spec Ops, Ground War, and weapon nerfs that include the notorious 725 Shotgun.
The AUG submachine gun has had its damage at close and mid-range increased, while the chest multiplier has been reduced. Meanwhile, the 725 Shotgun’s base weapon damage range has been slightly reduced, the effect attachments have on the weapon shrunk, and a smaller effect when fired from the hip.
