“I know I have a past… I’ll find out who I was.” Paramount Pictures has unveiled the first full trailer for Rupert Sanders’ live-action Ghost in the Shell movie, starring Scarlett Johansson as “The Major”. Adapting from the manga and anime, the movie is about a “one-of-a-kind human-cyborg hybrid” who leads an elite task force as part of Section 9. She goes on the hunt to find a hacker criminal who wants to destroy all the technology at Hanka Robotics. Also starring Michael Pitt, Juliette Binoche, Michael Wincott, Rila Fukushima, Chin Han, filmmaker Takeshi Kitano, Joseph Naufahu, with Pilou Asbæk as Batou. The first teasers didn’t show much, but now we get a look at the action and I have to say – this looks totally awesome. I’m impressed they actually made a movie that really, truly looks like the anime. Bring it. ›››

Will David Yates direct all five Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them movies? That’s the talk this weekend, as Yates spoke to Collider about his commitment to the series in an interview.
He said he’d like to make all five, but acknowledged that’s a “massive undertaking.” He was clear that he could step away and let another director make future installments.

“You know, it’s lovely being part of it and I love doing it. How long will I stay with it? I’d like to say I want to stay with it for the whole thing,” he said. “The only thing that makes my knees wobble a little bit is just the sheer volume. Five movies over eight years is a massive undertaking, so I have to be careful that I’m able to give everything.”
“If there’s any point in that period where I go, ‘You know what, it might be wise to step away for a bit,’ I would, to give someone else a shot,” he added.
Yates directed the final four Harry Potter films. He said he became somewhat territorial.
“On Potter, once I’d done one, I enjoyed it so much I felt I had to do another one,” he said. “Then to finish it, I couldn’t let anyone finish it. I had to finish it. I was territorial. With [Fantastic Beasts], especially as I’ve started it, I sort of… I don’t know … I feel committed to it.”
Adding on to this, multiple sources told Entertainment Weekly that Yates is only signed up to direct the Fantastic Beasts sequel and not–at least as of yet–the further three sequels.
Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter, Yates said he is committed to the franchise, but acknowledged that he’s taking things one movie at a time. “I only look at it movie-to-movie,” he said.
Earlier this year, JK Rowling confirmed that there would be no fewer than five movies in the fantastic Beasts series. It was recently reported that the second film will be set in Paris and Johnny Depp will appear in the film as Grindelwald.
Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them hits theaters on November 18 and stars Eddie Redmayne, in addition to Colin Farrell (In Bruges), Katherine Waterston (Steve Jobs), Zoe Kravitz (Mad Max: Fury Road), Ron Perlman (Hellboy), and Ezra Miller (Justice League). While it is set to make a lot at the box office in its debut weekend, it will still make less than any Harry Potter movie, according to projections.

The first full trailer for the upcoming sci-fi thriller Ghost in the Shell is here. The live-action adaptation of the anime classic hits theaters in March, and stars Scarlett Johansson. Check the trailer out below, with an intro from Scarlett herself:
Johansson plays the Major, a cyborg who leads a futuristic anti-terrorist taskforce known as Section 9. The movie also features Game of Thrones‘ Pilou Asbæk, Takeshi Kitano, Juliette Binoche, and Michael Pitt.
In Japan, the Ghost in the Shell franchise comprises a variety of movies, series, and comic books. Earlier this month the film’s producer Avi Arad revealed that the villain would be Kuze, played by Pitt and glimpsed briefly in this new trailer. Kuze appeared in the series Stand Alone Complex 2nd Gig, as opposed to Puppet Master from the first anime movie, which was released in 1995.
“We’re not doing Puppet Master. It’s not Laughing Man. It involves Kuze,” he told Collider. “The big thing we are doing here is that we’re not necessarily doing an origins backstory, but we are addressing [the Major]’s sense of self and resolving how she defines herself in terms of memories. That’s one of the main thrusts in the story. Inspired by [the episode] “Affection” in 2nd Gig. It’s bits and pieces of those mixed together.
Arad went on to explain that fans would nevertheless notice elements from other Ghost in the Shell releases in the film. “You’ll recognize some things from Ghost in the Shell: Innocence like the geisha bot,” he said. “Everything we pulled from the movie is because we thought it was cool. There’s a whole thermoptic sequence with the garbageman. We did that because we thought it was really cool.”
Ghost in the Shell is released on March 31, 2017.

Having trouble finding a NES Classic console? You’re not alone. The system quickly sold out at retailers following its launch on Friday. Now, Microsoft Studios publishing GM Shannon Loftis has weighed in on the matter, while Nintendo has promised more stock is coming.
She wrote on Twitter today, “Irrationally angry at not being able to get the NES Classic. Come on, Nintendo. Why would you short-bake these??” Dan Ayoub, the head of Halo developer 343, jumped in to say, “Right!??? I was refreshing Amazon like a crazy person.”

It’s worth pointing out that Nintendo sent Xbox boss Phil Spencer a NES Classic system days before it was released.
You might have a hard time find a NES Classic right now, but that may not be the case for much longer. Nintendo said on Twitter that it plans to have more units available through the holiday.

Dishonored 2 is packed with bonecharms, which are special items you can equip that enhance your abilities. They can be found throughout the game’s various environments, but while they’re found in specific locations on each of the maps, which bonecharm you get upon discovering one is completely randomized. With so many to find or craft, we’ve compiled a list of all the bonecharms we’ve discovered so far.
For more on Dishonored 2, check out our recent stories below, and be sure to check back often as we update this article with more bonecharms.

Regular Bonecharms are capable of enhancing your character in subtle and minor ways. For example, one allows you to strangle enemies faster, while another increases the damage of your crossbow bolts. They’re incredibly useful and should be equipped as soon as you discover or craft them.
Corrupted Bonecharms offer great benefits to your character, but are counterbalanced by embedded penalties. For example, the Armored Bones Bonecharm increases your defense considerably, but your movement speed is reduced. Use these distinct Bonecharms at your own risk.
Black Bonecharms are similar to regular charms, but they’re distinct in that they cannot be crafted. Their effects are incredibly beneficial, so seek these out whenever possible.

Fullbright’s next game is Tacoma, which was originally slated to come out in 2016 but was later delayed to 2017. “This isn’t a last minute ‘we just need a little more time!’ thing, but more of a ‘we need to be responsible about giving the game more space to live up to its potential’ kind of thing,” the developer said.
