Netflix hasn’t created a Tiger King game … yet. The next best thing might be this goofy on court battle in NBA 2K20. YouTuber 2kToro spent a lot of time using 2K’s characters creator to craft digital versions of Joe Exotic, Carol Baskin, Jeff Lowe, and Doc Antle, who were recently popularized in the Netflix documentary Tiger King. The NBA season might have been cut short, but if we get more content like this, we might not miss it.

UPDATE: Microsoft Unveils Its Cyberpunk 2077 Xbox One X

Update: After multiple leaks and teases, an unlisted video on the Xbox YouTube channel has officially unveiled the Cyberpunk 2077 Xbox One X. A new video gives us a clear look at the special edition console. Despite the video appearing on the official Xbox YouTube channel, the Xbox.com homepage remains “hacked,” delivering the same tease originally reported below. While it’s currently unlisted, the video has been making the rounds on social media, garnering more than 15,000 views and 253 comments as of this writing.

The special edition Cyberpunk 2077 Xbox One X releases in June.

    Original Story (4/6/2010 @ 4:26 p.m. CT)

Xbox appears to be teasing something related to the highly anticipated Cyberpunk 2077. Upon visiting Xbox.com, you’re greeted with a fake “hacked” screen that quickly flashes images and lines of code across a distorted view of the Xbox homepage. After a few seconds of this, the noise goes away and you get a clear message that says, “Return in 4 days.” However, if you pause at the right time, you can see the silhouette of an Xbox One console and controller.

Prior to this, the Xbox Twitter account was also “hacked” and posted the below tweet, showing a sequence referring to Arasaka, a massive corporation in the Cyberpunk universe. The official Cyberpunk Twitter account also retweeted the Xbox tweet.

Yesterday, a listing on Amazon’s Canadian website advertised a Cyberpunk 2077 Xbox One controller. While the listing has since been removed, you can see an image of that below.

Interestingly enough, you may remember the big re-reveal of Cyberpunk 2077 occurred at E3 2018. Instead of “hacking” the Xbox.com homepage, however, Cyberpunk 2077 “hacked” the end of the Microsoft E3 2018 press conference. Cyberpunk 2077 was originally scheduled to release today, but was delayed to September

  • Random: Neighbour Sends Apology Pokémon Cake After Calling Police On Pokémon GO Players

“Sorry we called the cops on you”.

A Minnesota resident called Amy Kellems has hit the news this week after receiving an apology Pokémon cake from one of her neighbours. As reported by Fox35Orlando, Kellems decided to make full use of her neighbourhood’s current quietness by taking her daughter outside to play Pokémon GO, driving around in a car and stopping at any points of interest within the app.

Eventually, they were pulled over on their driveway by police who had received a call mentioning a “suspicious” vehicle. Kellems told the officials that they were simply playing the game, going on to share the story of what had happened on US-based social networking site, Nextdoor.

  • Random: Sony’s Experimenting with a Robot Buddy for Lonely Gamers

    Forever alone.

The Sony of today may not be quite as batsh*t crazy as it was in the Rolly era, but that doesn’t mean it’s completely given up on outlandish concepts for good. A new patent filed by the platform holder introduces the idea of a robot companion who will watch you play your PlayStation and react to your emotions. Apparently, research shows that when gamers are observed they’re more motivated to play, and so the proposed companion would theoretically be able to congratulate you when you complete a level or encourage you when you get stuck.
