Vulgar New Red Band Trailer for 'Mike & Dave Need Wedding Dates'

Mike & Dave Need Wedding Dates Trailer

“Who are these girls?!” 20th Century Fox has unleashed a vulgar new red band trailer for Jake Szymanski’s Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates, the summer comedy starring Zac Efron and Adam DeVine as Dave and Make, respectively, along with Aubrey Plaza and Anna Kendrick as their dates. The setup isn’t that exciting – two brothers need to find dates for their sister’s Hawaiian wedding and end up bringing along the worst dates they could possibly find. This isn’t my cup of tea by a long shot, I even find it frustrating to see Anna Kendrick stooping so low with her performance. She’s so much better than this. But that’s just me. ›››

  • First Trailer for Noah Baumbach's Doc on Filmmaker Brian De Palma

First Trailer for Noah Baumbach's Doc on Filmmaker Brian De Palma

    De Palma Documentary Trailer

“Being a director is being a watcher. We have a lot of egos in the room, and you have to sort of watch how they interact with each other.” Get a load of this! A24 has debuted a trailer for the documentary De Palma, from directors Noah Baumbach and Jake Paltrow profiling filmmaking Brian De Palma, who has made plenty of memorable movies between Mission Impossible, Carrie, Scarface and Blow Out. This new doc examines his entire career and the way he pushed back against the values of Hollywood at the time he was making films early in his career. It first premiered at the Venice Film Festival last year to mostly positive reviews, even though it seems they only have one long interview with De Palma in one location. For anyone who loves filmmakers or the art of making movies, this is a must see documentary. Get your first look below. ›››

  • Emily Blunt Stars in First Trailer for 'The Girl on the Train' Adaptation

Emily Blunt Stars in First Trailer for 'The Girl on the Train' Adaptation

The Girl on the Train Trailer

“I saw her! I saw her from the train.” Universal has debuted a trailer for the upcoming adaptation The Girl on the Train, based on the popular mystery-thriller book of the same name. Emily Blunt stars as Rachel, a woman living her life after divorce, taking the train every day to and from work seemingly living a good life again. However, one day watching another family a few houses down from where her ex-husband lives, she notices something weird. The next day Rachel wakes up and hears that another woman went missing and she becomes invested in trying to find out what happened to Megan, where she is, and what exactly she herself was up to that same night Megan went missing. The ensemble cast includes Haley Bennett, Luke Evans, Rebecca Ferguson, Laura Prepon, Edgar Ramírez, Allison Janney, Justin Theroux and Lisa Kudrow. This isn’t really my kind of film, but some of you may be intrigued by the mysterious story. ›››

  • Watch: First Trailer for Antoine Fuqua's New 'The Magnificent Seven'

Watch: First Trailer for Antoine Fuqua's New 'The Magnificent Seven'

    The Magnificent Seven Trailer

“So you seek revenge?” “I seek righteousness, but I’ll take revenge.” It’s time to see if this remake is worthy of our attention. Sony has unveiled the first official trailer for the upcoming remake of The Magnificent Seven, directed by Antoine Fuqua. The new “seven” this time who come together to defend a town are: Denzel Washington, Chris Pratt, Ethan Hawke, Vincent D’Onofrio, Byung-Hun Lee, Manuel Garcia-Rulfo and Martin Sensmeier. The villain is played by Peter Sarsgaard. This definitely has a nice old west vibe to it, but other than that it’s still hard to tell if will live up to the original(s) or not. I do like this trailer – they found the right music to use, and the big cast looks like they’re having fun, it could honestly be much worse. I won’t say I’m totally excited yet but I won’t dismiss it either. Take a look below. ›››

Hilarious Therapy Viral Vids for 'The Nice Guys' with Crowe & Gosling

    The Nice Guys Therapy Videos

“Russell and I have a film coming out – we thought, we could address some of our ‘issues’, before we enter the PR phase.” These will definitely make you laugh. Warner Bros has released three separate viral videos for The Nice Guys, the upcoming Shane Black-directed action comedy co-starring Russell Crowe and Ryan Gosling. At CinemaCon, Crowe complimented Gosling saying he channels Gene Wilder, and he laughed more on the set during filming than he has the rest of his entire career. The two play off of each other perfectly in the movie, so WB has decided to focus on this dynamic in these videos. Crowe & Gosling, as real-life actors, work out their “issues” in therapy sessions and the results are hilarious. Don’t miss these. ›››

  • New Footage in Full Japanese Trailer for Pixar's 'Finding Dory' Sequel

New Footage in Full Japanese Trailer for Pixar's 'Finding Dory' Sequel

    Finding Dory Japanese Trailer

Have you seen her? This looks like so much fun, I can’t wait to see it! We’ve seen two trailers for Disney-Pixar’s Finding Dory so far but they haven’t revealed too much of the plot yet. Another new trailer for Finding Dory has debuted and it’s from Japan – so all the voices have been dubbed in Japanese and it’s kind of amazing to hear. There’s something really fun about hearing the Japanese voices, even though I have no idea what they’re saying. This trailer shows tons of new footage and reveals the plot – Dory gets captured and brought to an aquatic center, and Marlin + Nemo go looking for her there. Most of the footage shows her trying to get out, and them trying to get in, meeting new friends along the way including some sea lions. ›››

  • How Marvel's 'Civil War' May Win the War Against Superhero Fatigue

How Marvel's 'Civil War' May Win the War Against Superhero Fatigue

    Captain America: Civil War

In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Captain America and Iron Man are currently at odds, fighting tooth and nail for their own respective ideologies. However, in the playing field that is the superhero genre, some are arguing that superhero movies are starting to become a tad predictable, their routine less super. They are familiar with Cap’s shield and Iron Man’s armor with some saying they just don’t have the gleam they used to have. Marvel’s greatest heroes might be facing a new battle altogether: fatigue. This isn’t a battle just facing Marvel, but all superheroes alike. While Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, DC’s own answer to that debate, might have proved a bit more polarizing than originally intended, Marvel’s Captain America: Civil War proves that superheroes still have a bit more fight to them – and here’s why. ›››
