They’re backkkk!! Production is now underway on the Marvel Studios sequel Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, with James Gunn directing once again. Shooting has started and Gunn states, “I couldn’t be more stoked.” Gunn dropped the first official photo on social media, not actually a still from the movie, but rather an on-set shot showing the whole gang back together again. Chris Pratt returns as Star-Lord, joined by Zoe Saldana as Gamora, Dave Bautista as Drax, plus Vin Diesel and Bradley Cooper voicing Groot and Rocket Raccoon. Everyone’s favorite intergalactic heroes can be seen silhouetted in the image below, with more to come as they continue filming over the next few months. Marvel is aiming for release in 2017. ›››
