“Your father was special. I don’t know if you are.” Warner Bros has unveiled a new TV spot, the first spot for this movie, as well as the official poster for Ryan Coogler’s Creed. This boxing drama stars Michael B. Jordan as Adonis Creed, Apollo’s son, who decides to step back into the ring and live up to his father’s legacy. Sylvester Stallone also stars, along with Graham McTavish, Tessa Thompson, Wood Harris and Phylicia Rashad. After two excellent trailers so far this is one of my most anticipated films left to see this year. The poster seems to be lacking, very basic and unexciting, but I’m not worried about the film living up to expectations. I’ve got high hopes for Ryan Coogler, with this film and beyond.
