With only a few more weeks until the release of Ridley Scott’s The Martian, Fox is pushing out all of their final marketing to get everyone in the mood for a (rescue) mission to Mars. Fox has already created some excellent promos, including this Neil deGrasse Tyson bit, and this is another one. This video is an “in-world” creation, designed to feel like Matt Damon was actually Mark Watney and this is a commercial for the mission. It focuses on the “pre-mission training program” and the “rigorous emotional, physical, and mental preparation required of the ARES 3 crew in order to prepare for their” journey to Mars. ›››
