Christopher Walken Has 'Nine Lives,' Will Ski with 'Eddie the Eagle'

There can never be too many movies with Christopher Walken, and that’s why we’re happy to hear from Deadline that the Pulp Fiction and Catch Me If You Can star has just landed two more projects. First up, Walken will take a role in Eddie the Eagle, the true story about Britain’s first Olympic ski jumper, Michael Edwards (Taron Egerton), who became famous for finishing dead last in two events at the 1988 Winter Olympics in Calgary, despite his best efforts. Hugh Jackman plays Eddie’s mentor, and Walken has been brought on board as the mentor of Jackman’s character. Don’t forget we got a first look at the film recently. ›››
