In the immediate wake of Warner Bros.’ rejection of the Farrelly brothers’ Dumb and Dumber sequel, Universal Pictures and Red Granite Financing have picked up the project, Dumb and Dumber To (it’s a play on words!)
Variety confirms the Farrelly brothers will direct and produce alongside Red Granite Pictures’ Joey McFarland, while Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels are still attached to star. The sequel will see the pair hit the road to look for Daniels’ daughter.
