“Your story, Billy, no longer belongs to you.” Sony Pictures has unveiled the first official trailer for Ang Lee’s adaptation of the book Billy Lynn’s Long Halftime Walk, which is an emotional story of a soldier recounting his days in the Iraq war. Ang Lee shot this in 120FPS and in 3D, but this trailer is only in 2D at regular framerates (because right now most people still hate HFR). Joe Alwyn stars as Billy Lynn, and the cast includes Kristen Stewart, Vin Diesel, Garrett Hedlund, Steve Martin, Chris Tucker and many others. As good as this looks, I have to say – I probably wouldn’t be that into this if it weren’t for Ang Lee, as I trust him quite a bit. Also seeing Vin Diesel in this reminds me of him in Saving Private Ryan, in a good way. ›››
