“Are we a mistake, Carla? Are we a mistake?” Roadside Attractions has debuted the first trailer for Paul Dalio’s indie romantic drama Touched With Fire (formerly known as Mania Days when it premiered at SXSW), starring Katie Holmes as a manic depressive who falls “crazy in love” with someone just like her. At the psychiatric hospital she meets a fellow bipolar patient, played by Luke Kirby, and they end up on a “passionate, yet unhealthy love affair”. This looks much more powerful and beautiful than I was expecting, especially in the final 30 seconds of this trailer, so give it a chance and let it play all the way to the end. The cast includes Christine Lahti, Bruce Altman, Griffin Dunne and Alex Manette. You might just be intrigued. ›››
