Last month, we heard the unfortunate news that Tom Hardy had walked away from Suicide Squad. Scheduling conflicts were cited, but word on the street is that Hardy became part of the project without seeing a script, and once the project started moving along, he wasn’t interested in where things were headed. When Hardy left, there were rumblings that Jake Gyllenhaal may take over the role, which would have been great. But instead, The Wrap reports we’ve been downgraded severely with RoboCop remake star Joel Kinnaman playing Rick Flagg, the leader of the group of supervillains hired for dangerous missions. ›››
