RETURN POLICY

At Player’s Choice we value your business and want every 
customer to be satisfied.  Unopened, new items will be 
accepted for refund or exchange within 14 days of the 
shipping date.  Unfortunately we cannot accept opened, 
non-defective merchandise for refund or exchange due to 
agreements with our distributors.  We will issue a full 
credit by way of your payment method for any items 
accepted.

New video game merchandise is fully covered by manufacturer’s 
warrantee.  Defective, pre-played merchandise may be 
exchanged for the same title within the warranty period. 
If you would like to 
exchange a defective item please send the item, a copy 
of the receipt, and a letter stating the problem to:
