--------------------------------------------------------------------------- FF6 is one of the best rpgs of all time. It has two of the best characters that i have ever seen in Shadow and Kefka. Shadow is simply a bad ass and Kefka is a true evil mastermind. I wish that Square would release ff4 in the US but i can wait. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- |

--------------------------------------------------------------------------- Well I was already a fan of ff6 before I played the anthologies, but the cinematic scenes really do make it worth getting again. ff5 is cool too, but I'm stuck on a part where I gotta find a moogle or something'. Anyhow, the thing that interests me most about the anthologies is in ff6. Shadow. There are so many rumors about that lad, and I don't know what to believe anymore. Some say there are four dreams, some say five, some say seven! I even heard somewhere that if you can get all the dreams, spoiler. Do not read on if you wish to enjoy shadow's part of the ending. Skip a few lines or stop reading entirely.) shadow won't kill himself in the ending. Now I think that would be really cool, but I also think it's bullshit...could someone confirm this or something'? Anyway, it's obvious to most that Shadow is, (spoiler again. Sorry. Skip a few lines or just stop.) Relm's father. Anyway, I would really like to know more about this, and if anyone knows something that I don't, please post it here or something' so I can read it. Now enough about Shadow, what's the deal with Gogo? Is there a reason for his mysterious nature? Or is he just a no-good, copycatin' nobody? If had idea's, but I'll bet they're all dumb anyway. I was thinking' maybe it was relm's mother, (spoiler) Shadow's wife, but then I got to thinking' and I realized that wasn't likely. The momento ring can be used by both relm and shadow. It represents the love of a dead mother, and I believe that relm's mother died and that's why she had it, and why shadow can use it. or maybe we're meant to think that, and she never died, just made it seem that way. That's why Gogo is so mysterious that I can't even tell for sure whether it's a man or a woman. Far fetch eh? That's what I think too. Oh well, it's always fun to make up bullshit like that anyway. anyway, it's a great game and if you ever have an insight about a character like shadow or gogo, or anyone else, let me know and I'll either find out the truth, or make up an entertaining story to cover up. By the way, don't you think Terra and general Leo should have been together? That wouldn't been nice. hee hee...right on the boat deck where they have that nice little chat. I still think kefka should'a been harder. If your still reading at this point and haven't been overcome by boredom, I must say you have an incredible attention span and great patience, and I would like to thank you for reading my jabber...farewell friends. -Ralin Jase,

--------------------------------------------------------------------------- Tips and tricks for ff6: -gogo has many more skills other than mimic(go to the status screen and move the cursor to choose his commands) -getting alexander and all cyans' skills(sleep in doma with cyan in your party to embark on a sub-adventure... alexander in throne room, you learn all the swd techniques when you kill wrex soul0 -in odins' castle(ancient castle under figaro), step down 5 and right once, then press and you should hear a sound(from the left seat you go down 5 and left/right 1, i can't quite remember). go to the room on the right and there should be a staircase. there is a dragon down there and a statue tha turns odin to raiden. -slaying all 8 dragons gives you the esper, crusader. dragons are in: -narshe -phoenix cave -fanatics' tower -2 in kefkas' tower -ancient castle(staircase to statue) -mt zozo -opera house -steal from dragons on floating continents to get genji gloves -steal an atma weapon from goddess in kefka's tower(one person must have it equipped when fighting her) -buy the esper zoneseek in the world of ruin for a much better bargain(i believe you get it for 500 gp in wor and 5000 gp in wob). -there's a moogle charm behind mog when you get him in the wor(a relic that allows no random encounters). -hidon is the only monster you can learn the lore"grand train from", a power lore. beat all the little hidons which cause him to do grand train. -beat brachosaur easily, simply have relm control it(you must have relic "fake mustache" to get the command "control", found in the cave where you find gogo). --------------------------------------------------------------------------- |

FFVII & FFVIII might have better graghics but there not even close to being as much fun as FFVI (my favorite). on my scale Final Fantasy Anthology rates a 10 on a 1 to 10 scale --------------------------------------------------------------------------- |

--------------------------------------------------------------------------- I commend SquareSoft for finally releasing Final Fantasy Five in the US. What I really think is a lame excuse for sucking as much money from the public is including Final Fantasy Three. I am not argueing that FF3 is a bad game. Actually I think it is the best of the series, like many others. What I am saying is that it costs Square next to nothing to include Final Fantasy Three in the Anthology collection, yet they charge us about $15 for it? What SquareSoft could have and should have done is sold Final Fantasy 5 on the PSX with the music CD and charged something like $24.99. I know that many people would have happily not paid the extra $15 dollars. Now lets say that SquareSoft did do the ABSOLUTE worst and make us all fork out cash for a game that we already own. Well, at least we get an added bonus section, and BADASS CGI sequinces. Oh, wait a minute, I have to play through a fifty hour game before I can even see most of them more than once. Come on folks, the LEAST SquareSoft could have done is made the bonus section accessable from the beggining of the game. But hey, other than that, I'm glad that I have a brand-new Final Fantasy Game to add to my library. Well, feel free to E-mail me at the adress above. Talk to you all

Have a ninja in your party. 2. Buy at least 20 lightning skills at Rikks (this means you must have the black chocobo or the airship to do this) 3. Go to the Eastern Village, where you find Ramuh. 4. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- I had just breezed through Final Fantasy 8, when I started to get nostalgic. So I bought Anthology. I admit at first I was dissapointed, but then I started to really get into it. i had already beaten FF6 when it was on the Super Nintendo But FF5 was a different story. It took awhile to get used to how slow it was, cosidering I was used to FF8. However, the story and job classes made up for it. Another thing that I hated was the fact it seemed to take forever to build up your job classs. Although by the time I finished it my characters were so pimped out that I quickly changed my tune. Now I'm gonna start FF6. I'm hoping that they changed it around alittle just so that it will give me as much enjoyment as I got out of FF5. If not, oh well I got my moneys' worth out of FF5. I my opinion Squaresoft struck pay dirt when they decided to make Anthology. It almost made me wish I still had my NES so I could play the original Final Fantasy. Maybe this will usher ina whole new series of Anthology games. I know that I for one w ould love to see Dragon Warrior or Zelda Anthology. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- |

--------------------------------------------------------------------------- This game, is one of the greatest. Final Fantasy 5, one of the best, has the job system. This system is simple to use and not hard to master. The characters all blend in and the story runs smoothly together to make a great game. Final Fantasy VI, included, is no better or no worse. It is one of it's time also. It has plenty of characters with wide ranging abilities to suit anyone. it has a great storyline involving love, it also has some great action. It was one of my favorite. Together these two games put together makes a great classic which people will come back to again and again. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- |

FF5 is very fun if you can get past the 16-bit graphics. I have been spoiled by FF7 and FF8 graphics but all in all FF5 is a very good game. I highly recommend buying this. Actually you should buy this before FF7 or FF8 so you know how the series progresses, ability wise. All in all I give FF5 a 8 and I give ff6 a 10 (it's my favorites of the whole series). --------------------------------------------------------------------------- |

--------------------------------------------------------------------------- This game includes FFVI The greatest final fantasy for 3 reasons. The plot and storyline are invigorating and won't soon be forgotten. 2 Kefka is the only TRUE villain I've seen and because he was born evil he dies evil. That's what makes him so great. Not like some good guy turned evil or vise vresa. Kefaka has no good intentions and he lets you know!!! And 3 The music is definately memorable. The opening theme movie with the music is enough to knock you into next tuesday. I would even go as far to say this game beats FFVIII because of those three reasons. I'll take 16 bit graphics and a good story over FF8's pathetic story and great graphics any day. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- |

The Stupid Code

--------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have a code for Final Fantasy VI; it lets you get a secret weapon called the WolfHead. First off, when you get into the World of Ruin, you have to save Cid (by feeding him fish), or this code won't work. Later in the game, once you have all the characters back (and the 2 secret characters), put Terra, Gogo, Locke, and Mog in your group, and in that order. Get them all at level 55, and then unequip all their weapons, armor, relics, and Espers. Then, go to Cid and talk with him 55 times. You will then get an item called Bacon. Go bet it in the Colosseum. You'll fight an enemy called the Infected Camel, and you'll get the WolfHead if you defeat it. The WolfHead looks like a Special Item on the menu screen (boomerangs, whips, etc.), but when it's equipped and used in battle, it looks like the Illumina sword, except that it's thrown at the enemy. Only Locke, Mog, and Setzer can use this strange weapon. In status, it shows having 255 in all attributes(the WolfHead, not the character), except for Battle Power, which it has 0 of. However, when you go into battle and attack with this weapon, it will hit all enemies on screen for 9,999 damage every time! --------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
